A bunch of proverbs I've heard some place but I don't know who... PEOPLE MAY NOT REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID,
OR WHAT YOU SAID,

~BUT~

THEY WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER
HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL.

--

Offering statements about your subjective impression of quality as if they were fact is going to get you an argument every time.

--

"If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle."
/Sun Tzu, The Art of War

--

In a world without walls and fences,
Who needs Windows and Gates...

--

I'd rather die standing on my feet,
Than live on my knees.

--

It does not matter if you believe you will succeed,
or if you believe you will fail,
you are probably correct in both cases.

--

To pick up in a bar is like
opening a box of chocolates:
All the tasty sweets have
been taken and the only things
remaining are the liquor filled,
disgusting ones in the corners.

--

Only dead fishes follow the stream.

Come back: If you swim against the stream you will be standing on the same spot regardless of your effort.
